- Do you carry body parts?
Yes at times we do. Most of our parts come from Arizona or California. At times we may have new and used parts that come directly from Germany.
- What are your hours?
We are open Mon-Fri from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm & Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. However you can email us and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Most of the time we will respond quicker.
- What shipping services do you offer?
We ship via UPS, FedEX, and have several freight companies that ship to you. Depending on the size and weight of your shipment we will try to offer you several options for shipping.
- What is your return policy?
We require that the item be returned to us in the original package. We cannot warranty any part that has been installed improperly. If the part shows any signs of damage or tampering we will not refund. We do charge $15.00 restock fee and we do not reimburse shipping and will not accept any packages labled COD. Returns must be received within 30 days.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MC, & Discover and USPS Money Orders. Services and parts will not be shipped until payment has cleared. At times this may take 3-5 business days.
- I don't see the part I'm looking for?
Please feel free to email or call for any parts not listed on our site. As a family owned business we may not have all parts listed on our website.
- What is your warranty on auto repairs?
We offer a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on any new parts we install and transmission overhauls. Used Transmission & Engine Replacements come with a 30 day 3,000 mile warranty.
- Can I bring my own parts to install?
Unfortunately we do not install customer provided parts do to the fact we are not able to warranty the part.
